Rachael is a highly experienced REALTOR® specializing in luxury and high-quality residential real estate. In January 2025, she became a licensed Broker in Vermont and opened Lange & Lange, a boutique husband-and-wife brokerage located at the base of Okemo Mountain Resort.
A Rutland native, Rachael maintains a satellite office in her hometown, allowing her to serve clients across both the Okemo Valley and the greater Rutland region with a deep, personal understanding of the local market.
Rachael is known for her ability to deliver results while providing an elevated, client-focused experience. With a refined eye for design shaped by her time at Vogue in Manhattan, and supported by her Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing & Communication from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), where she graduated Cum Laude, she brings a sophisticated visual and strategic approach to real estate. As both a Broker and an investor, she understands how to enhance property value through pricing, presentation, and design to maximize return.

She and her husband own and manage a portfolio of Airbnb and long-term rentals from Vermont to North Carolina, giving her an investor’s perspective and a hands-on understanding of return-driven market decisions.
